Don't Please Yourself!

Don't Please Yourself!

It is always good to feel good about yourself and your well being. However, this should not be at the detriment of another's happiness. Rather, it is good to please others and not yourself.

You, and some few people will only enjoy your success if you always seek to please yourself. But when you dedicate yourself to pleasing others(not neglecting yourself) in all things, then your glory will shine brighter and better.

Therefore, stop being too conscious about yourself, craving here and there to have everything at your disposal, even the things which are less suitable for your growth and worth. Rather, yearn to bear the infirmities of others where your capability is reachable.
For it is with your help that someone may find a helper in you.

Hence stop pleasing yourself and bear the infirmities of your neighbour. For the greatness of the great is not seen in him or her, but it is seen through the lives he or she has impacted.
Be a great person today as you stop pleasing yourself to be there for another.
Stay Blessed!

Stop Chasing After the Wind!

Stop Chasing After the Wind!

Why are you chasing after the wind in the shadow of building a meaning life? Have you forgotten that true worth and life comes from the Lord? John 14:6.
Remember, security and self- worth are not found in mere accomplishments, they are found in the Most High God.

Stop chasing after the worldly things that are pseudo, but very appealing to the eyes. It is good to have many accomplishments in life, but not to the point where they become gods in your life.

You can never serve two masters and remain faithful to all at the same time. You need to be wise and set your priorities right, for life is all about satisfying some needs at the expense of all other needs, that is having opportunity cost.

You need to really know who you are, what you want and where you are going, to be able to make a meaningful life. And with that, you need Christ. For Christ is the way!
Allow him have dominion over your life, and you will marvel at your greatness.
Stay Blessed!
