Build A Strong Wall!

Build A Strong Wall!

Have you ever wondered why many wall their houses and even fence their farmlands? Yes, you may say for protection or security. Meanwhile, not just that! But also to preserve the inhabitants (Deuteronomy 3:1-5).

Although building of the wall is laudable, its strength is a great concept to consider. The wall you build around you today, should be one that would stand the test of time. For there are seasons within the seasons. Hence, the need to build a strong wall.

What kind of wall are you building? And what materials are you using for your wall? Be careful not to use cheap materials, for cheap things cost great fortune.

You are a great treasure, and the kind of people and ideologies you allow to guide your life depicts the nature of the wall you are building around you. Therefore, be conscious of your environment.

No wise and sensible person would allow what he has toiled for, to be left to ruin aimlessly. Likewise, God does not want you to be destroyed, because you are his treasure (Deuteronomy 7:6). This is why he has built his protection so firmly around you, irrespective of your dishonesty and disobedience.

Dear friend, if God (the all powerful) in his infinite wisdom has built a strong wall around his treasure, why are you hesitant to do same? Are you that wiser than God?

Come on, rise up to the reality of life and protect that which you have by building a strong wall around it, before it is taken from you.

I am sure you will ask how? It is just a matter of you knowing your location, the topography of the land on which you build and the required materials to use to build.

Hence, you need to know who you are in the Lord, what you are really made of, and be able to study the Word of God, which gives the right materials needed (Galatians 5:19-26) to construct a perfect wall over your life.

Do not allow anybody to deceive you, neither should you allow the lustful desires of your heart to misguide your thoughts and steps. Rather, rest on the Lord for guidance (Proverbs 3:5-6). And he will empower you to build a strong and fortified wall over your life. Be Wise while you build my friend!
Stay Blessed!
