Stand Firm, Lest You Fall!
Be strong and courageous, hold fast the faith in which you have been called, and be fruitful therein.
You have been called, chosen and sanctified for a divine appointment, that you may bear fruit and that your fruit will remain in the faith wherein you have been called (John 15:1-5).
Therefore, stand firm and be diligent in your appointment. We all are one body in Christ Jesus but with different functionalities. That we may be able to complement each other. Hence, a brother's fall is your own fall. So stand firm, lest you fall.
Be true one to another as fellows in Christ, that you be your brother's keeper (especially in these evil and perilous times).
Fellowship one to another in the breaking of bread, and admonish each other with the word and psalms. For this is the sole requirement of brotherly love.
Do not be too quick to criticize nor judge, for you are not worthy of such. That is why the scripture says "judge not, lest you will be judged". Rather, stand firm in the faith, lest you also fall in similar temptation.
Self- righteousness is dangerous and may elude us from the true righteousness in Christ Jesus. Therefore my dear friend, let's all stay focus in life and stand firm in the Lord. That we may grow in the Lord and impact many in our world.
Stay Blessed!
1 Corinthians 10:1-13, 1 Corinthians 15:58, 2 Timothy 2:15, Matthew 7:1-3.
Shalom!!!
