You Can't Give More Than You Have, But Give!

Giving is one of the greatest keys to one's breakthrough in life (Luke 6:38). It is good to give more, but can you give out of your emptiness? Certainly not! You can not give more than you have, neither can you give the opposite of what you have. Thus, a polluted mind can never give good advise.

Be conscious of what you give out, for it defines that which you have in you. You can not sell out rudeness and claim to be gentle and kind. Remember, actions speak louder than words.

In the same vein, there is no need to give at all if you do not feel comfortable with it. Why? Because, giving unwillingly is more of setting a death trap for your own self. For it does not please God, as it creates room for sin. Having in mind that, the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).

However, as a matter of fact, we are all entreated to give in every measure that we can to support each other and the work of God. Thus, we ought to work hard at getting more so we will be able to give more (Ephesians 4:28). Not necessarily Money!

God really needs you on his field of souls. He needs you to bring what you have (that which he has given you). He wants you to make good use of it. Do not let it go waste. Come on! Come just as you are, and share with others what you have. For that which you have is just enough to put a smile on someone's face. Come, for your little is much. And God knows that you can not give more than you have. That is why He says give, and it shall be given to you...!
