Fighting The Reality!

Fighting The Reality!

Like the mirror, the word of God reveals the true identity of everyone. Whether you like it or yes, it is this same word that searches your heart and convicts you into total submission to God (1 Corinthians 2:10, John 16:18). This is reality and the truth.

We are in a battle in this world, though we may not see it and might even forget it is there, the devil would love nothing more than to confuse and deceive us into fighting the reality.

Why fight the reality when the real enemy is right before you? Of course, truth they say is bitter to swallow, but very satisfying. Why do you sell it for that which will lead you into condemnation? My dear, shine your eyes.

It is only the word of God that can set you free from all your guilt, for it is the truth (John 17:17). Without the word of God, you will never behold the reality of life. For it is given by inspiration from God to shape your life (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12).

Why are you fighting the reality of your life? Is it too difficult for you to accept who you are in Christ Jesus? Have you forgotten that who the son (Jesus Christ) sets for is free forever (John 8:36)? Why are you still holding on to the past and fighting the reality of today.

Repent now dear, for no one puts the hand in the plow and turns back (Luke 9:57-62). Thus, fighting the reality of your life will not do you any good, unless you surrender to the truth (which is Christ Jesus).

For he alone has the power to carry your yolk (burdens) upon his shoulders, that you may gain rest (Matthew 11:28-30). This is another reality, that can never be concealed.

Friend, today if you are hearing the good news of the truth, do not harden your heart to fight it. Instead, run and come boldly to embrace it, that you may obtain the mercy and favour therein to honour you. Do not hesitate, Christ is calling you to come (Isaiah 55:1-11).
Shalom!!!

Shalom!!!
