Step Back For God To Avenge!

Step Back For God To Avenge!

Our world today is filled with so much wickedness on every side. With this, when we become overwhelmed with what others have done wrong, we become filled with anger and find ourselves focused on hatred towards them and even quest for revenge.

However, God is the ultimate judge, therefore anytime you seek to revenge, then you are forcing to take up God's place. This is an error, because the battle is the Lord's and not yours (2 Chronicles 20:15).

Why don't you step back for the Lord to have his own way? Or you think he is being too slow and unconcerned? Oh no! Our God is never slow, neither does he sleeps nor slumber. His eyes are always on the sparrow, and surely he watches over you.

Step back and give way for the Lord, for he has promised to fight for you so that you can hold your peace (Exodus 14:14). Is this not what you want? Why then are you forcing to jump the gun? Are you that wiser and stronger than the Almighty?

My friend, don't be a fool to be in haste. Rather, be a strategic warrior. Instead of you facing the giant (the enemy) unprepared, why not go on your knees in your closet and seek for more empowerment as God takes the lead, knowing very well that you wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:10-18).

If truth be told, everyone at a point in life would want to revenge. This is more prevalent when you have a hint on who your enemy is. But hey! Not that fast. Be patient, step back and allow God to take his place in your quest for revenge. And I bet you, you will be much satisfied than holding on to your own strength and will. Be strategic and not egocentric.
Stay Blessed!
