Be Hot Or Cold, But Not Lukewarm!

If you are hot, be hot still. And if cold, just stay in it. It is better to be hot or cold than to be lukewarm. For with either hot or cold, you know your stance and the consequences that comes with it, but with lukewarmness you have no stance at all.

Don't claim to be on fire, when in actual sense you are worse of. Rather, be alert and on your guard to identify your stance and follow suite in all things. For each stance comes with a consequence.

If you are hot (on fire for God), the world may stand up against you, since you have to deal with the desires of the flesh. Meanwhile this is temporal, and you will enjoy the joy of your salvation (eternal glory). However, if you are cold ( to the will of God), the world may love you, but you will be far away from God ...(Galatians 5:17-25). And this is dangerous.

I would that you choose to be hot, for the benefit in it outweighs the cost, as compared to being cold, where the cost of standing the wrath of God is everlasting (unless you repent).

Do not allow the temporal sugar- coated things of this world deter you from obeying God. Rather, seek the Lord while he may be found (in his word) before the evil days come, where he will say to you "I know you not"... (Isaiah 55:6-13, Matthew 7:21-23). For he has assured that, all other things will be added to you, when you seek him first. So why do you go for the less?

Be hot or cold, but better still be hot for the Lord, so that you are not spewed out, nor destroyed by the wrath of the Lord. Just make the right choice now, and save your future.
