Who Is Your Friend!
Everybody on earth needs a friend. One that you can rely on and share thoughts with. Meanwhile, it is very dangerous if the right friend is not chosen. Your friends can be the greatest source of love, healing, joy, and encouragement in life. However, the opposite is true where you have bad friends.
Who is your friend, and who do you rely on. Is it the one who laughs with you in your presence and stabs you at the back in your absence? Or it is the one who stays with you in loyalty? Just evaluate your choice of friends and make a bold step in decision.
Be very careful with the company you keep, for bad company corrupts good morals. This doesn't mean that you should not befriend people, but to have limit, and not exceeding certain boundaries. Why? Because, you can never tell who is really true to be a friend until you have relation with them (Hebrews 13:1-2). All you need is to be wise.
As a matter of fact, there is no better friendship than to have Jesus Christ as your friend. He is the best of all friends. With him, you can be a good friend to many. For he is love himself, full of compassion and care.
He calls you to be friends with him, that you will enjoy his love and inherit the joy and peace in him. What can be compared to such a great friendly request. A friendship without pains, headache and sorrow. One that you'll lack nothing within, but always resting on the goodness of God, the father Almighty. Why would you trade this for friendships that do not last, and are full of uncertainties?
Come on, come to Jesus! Come and befriend the Prince of Peace, the Love that never fades, the Word that consoles and assures with hope of glory. Come now into his friendship, where there is fullness of joy and you will lack nothing.
Be a friend of God today, and your life will never be the same. For loves you dearly.
Stay Blessed!
