Understand Yourself First!

Understand Yourself First!

Human relation is good, but best managed with understanding. Oh yea, you can not relate very well with your neighbour if you do not understand their predicament. Meanwhile, you can not understand someone's predicament if you do not understand your own self and actions.

You need to understand yourself first, in order to build that strong and faithful friendship you require. For a good and quality friendship requires edification (1 Thessalonians 5:11-13; Ephesians 4:2). And this can only be achieved with mutual understanding.

Take the pain to understand your emotions, opinions, and actions before you take any decision. For it is better to have a stable mind than to act on impulse in any situation.

If you claim to be a child of God, and an example of Christ Jesus, then you need to be in your best suite to relate with everyone around you (both good and bad) knowing yourself. For that is exactly how God (through Christ and the Holy Spirit) deals with everyone of us.

As a matter of fact, you can not do this without first understanding yourself and your composure. My friend truth be told, it is very difficult to deal with people, but also interesting to have them around you.

It is only with a deeper understanding of oneself and the conditions surrounding a relationship that you will be able to relate and manage everything more appreciably.

Therefore, do not be in a haste to conclude on matters, nor be aloof in your human relations. Rather, be more approaching and apply wisdom to understand yourself and whatever goes on in your relation with others. It is in this that you would be able to enjoy the relationships around you.
Love one another, just as Christ loves you (John 13:34-35).
Stay Blessed!
