Don't Be Afraid Of Them!

Often times we get scared of the world around us. The worst of all is when you sense that your world is crashing down without any immediate way out.

You become more terrified when the knowledge of the cause is disclosed to you. It could be the greatest enemy on earth (the devil), or any other person, even your close relation. But hey! Don't be afraid of them.

Don't be afraid of them, for you have not been given the spirit of fear, but of power and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Though they may try, nothing of theirs will happen to you if you solely rest in God (Matthew 11:28-30). For the Lord has promised to fight for you, so that you will hold your peace (Exodus 14:14).

You are covered in the blood of Jesus, and have been given power to do and undo things in your life (Luke 10:19; Matthew 17:20), so why give glory to those who do not deserve to be gloried. My friend, stop being naive and exercise the power you have.

Don't be afraid of them, because you have more than what they claim to have. Whatever they stand on to scare you is but for a waste. Either it will be destroyed or it will destroy them and their generations. For God has warned the wicked saying, "touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm" (Psalm 105:14-15).

You are the anointed of God because he created you in his own image and has blessed you with all manner of blessings. Therefore, nothing of the wicked will stand in your life. Hence, don't be afraid of them.

However, be steadfast in the Lord ( love him with all your heart), study and obey his word and will, and he will be nearer and more closer to you, ready to fight all your battles, granting you victory over every challenge in your life.

Don't be afraid of them, for he that is in you is greater than them all (1 John 4:4).
